Return Policy & Shipping

RETURNS

We hope that your new purchase is all you expected and more. We do understand that returns might be necessary. We DO NOT offer refunds, only store credit for returns. Please see the instructions below.

- Merchandise must be returned and received back to She She Boutique within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

- Merchandise must not be returned worn, altered, or washed.

- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Items on sale, jewelry, hosiery and special orders may not be returned.

She She Boutique does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

Once the item is received at our store, we will process the return and you will receive a gift card code electronically (within 48 hours) for your store credit to use on your next purchase. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders ship via USPS or UPS Ground. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose an expedited shipping method, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Two Day Air. If your order is over $100, it will ship UPS Ground OR USPS for FREE.

Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except weekends). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. She She Boutique will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We ship with USPS and UPS. All orders will include tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package is in route or has been delivered, but you can file a claim directly with the carrier.

We are not responsible if you have entered the address incorrectly and the package is not deliverable and is returned to us.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you live near our store, you may also elect to pick up your order at the store. At checkout select "Pick-Up" under delivery method. Your order will be ready within two hours and you will receive a notification that it is ready for pickup. 

If you decide to refuse any shipments from She She Boutique, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.



SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and we do not offer international shipping. Free ground shipping for orders over $100 is only valid within the continental U.S.

SALES TAX

All items that are shipped within the state of California will be charged state tax in the amount of 9.125%. If items are sent outside of California, sales tax will not be charged.
