We hope that your new purchase is all you expected and more. We do understand that returns might be necessary. We DO NOT offer refunds, only store credit for returns. Please see the instructions below.
- If you are exchanging for a different size, you can send your item back to us and wait to receive your gift card code before purchasing the new size OR you can purchase the new size right away and use your store credit for the returned item on something in the future.
- Merchandise must be returned and received back to She She Boutique within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Merchandise must not be returned worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items on sale, jewelry, hosiery and special orders may not be returned.
She She Boutique does not assume return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
